Bay Ridge’s restaurant scene takes center stage this month as the neighborhood welcomes back the popular Taste of 3rd Avenue. Organized by the Merchants of Third Avenue, the annual food event brings together some of the best restaurants in Bay Ridge for a day of tastings, community, and celebration inside our old stomping-grounds, none other than St. Patrick Academy’s Auditorium on 97th Street and 4th Avenue!
Now in its second year, Taste of 3rd Avenue is looking to become a yearly tradition. The event will feature samples from nearly 30 local restaurants, giving attendees the chance to experience a wide range of cuisines that Bay Ridge is known for, without having to door dash, uber eats, or go bar-hopping along the avenue! From classic Italian and Mediterranean dishes to Latin American favorites and modern gastropub fare, the event highlights the incredible culinary diversity that defines Bay Ridge.

Third Avenue has long been considered the heart of Bay Ridge’s dining scene.
